ABOUT
My journey into holistic therapies began at a very stressful time in my life.

I was in a job that I hated, working long anti-social hours, feeling stressed, trapped, unfulfilled and unhappy. The stress which had been accumulating and held in my body for some time was affecting my health and I knew that if things didn't change, I would become seriously ill. I had been aware of this for some time, but fear stopped me doing anything about it.

Eventually, in a complete leap of faith, I decided to close my business and to take some time out. In my search for inner peace, clarity and healing, I found Vipassana; an ancient form of meditation dating back more than 2,500 years.

Vipassana translates as ‘insight’ or ‘to see things as they really are’ and is a way to self-transformation through self-observation.

I traveled to my native Cambodia to explore this practice and in doing so I completed ten days of silent meditation.

This was a life changing experience.

I had always wanted to learn massage, so when I came back to Britain, I embarked on a Holistic Massage course at the Unity School of Yoga and Bodywork.

My course opened up an entire new universe for me and it was during this time that I was introduced to Reiki, Thai Yoga Massage as well as other forms of bodywork and healing therapies.

I love what I do!
I believe in the power of these wonderful therapies to heal the body, mind and spirit. But most importantly, and I believe in the body's incredible ability to heal given time, patience and intention.

If you are feeling stressed, in pain or overwhelmed, please contact me to discuss how I can help.
